Douglas brings a long career in program management, strategic planning, business development, and defense-related engineering support. Kent Goodrow — Chief Information Security Officer, Systems Engineering

Kent Goodrow serves as Chief Information Security Officer at Systems Engineering in Portland, where he leads information security strategy for the managed services provider and helps guide security offerings for its client base. His role spans architecture, risk management, incident response, threat intelligence, compliance, and security awareness.

Goodrow brings two decades of experience across cybersecurity, cloud adoption, continuity planning, and end-user experience. Charles Griebel — Chief Information Security Officer, General Dynamics Bath Iron Works

Charles Griebel serves as Chief Information Security Officer at General Dynamics Bath Iron Works, where he leads security efforts for one of Maine’s most prominent defense and shipbuilding organizations. He previously served in the company’s information security organization before moving into the CISO role.

Eric Berube — Chief Information Security Officer, Bath Savings Institution

Eric Berube serves as Vice President and Information Security Officer at Bath Savings Institution, where he leads security strategy for the financial institution. Before joining Bath Savings Institution, Berube served as Principal Information Security Engineer at Boston College and spent more than eight years as Senior Director and Chief Information Security Officer at Bowdoin College. His prior work included advancing Zero Trust, passwordless authentication, cloud-based security solutions, vendor management, and NIST-aligned security strategy. That combination of higher education and financial sector experience gives him a strong foundation in both operational security and institutional governance.
