What happened
Terra Security, an agentic offensive security company, launched the AI Native Cybersecurity Podcast on October 20, 2026. Shahar Peled, co-founder and CEO of Terra Security, hosts the show. Each episode features a security leader from a large organization and focuses on how AI changes the work of security teams and the CISO role.
The first guest is CJ Moses, CISO at Amazon. Moses joined Amazon in 2007 and became Amazon CISO in September 2023. Before Amazon, he led technical analysis of intrusion cases at the FBI Cyber Division and served as a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations.
Episodes are available at ainativecybersecurity.com, on the Terra Security website, and on major podcast platforms.
Who is affected
The podcast is for CISOs, security leaders, and practitioners who must secure AI systems and use AI in their own security programs.
Many security teams now face two tasks at the same time. They must protect new AI applications, agents, and models. They must also decide where AI can help their teams work faster without new risk. The podcast gives these teams direct access to how senior security leaders approach both tasks.
Why CISOs should care
AI adoption moves faster than most security programs can adapt. Frameworks, controls, and team structures for AI security are still forming, so peer experience is one of the best inputs a CISO has.
The podcast puts the focus on decisions, not product features. Leaders who run security at large scale explain how they set priorities, manage new attack surfaces, and change their teams for the AI era.
The first episode is a good example. Moses leads security engineering and operations across Amazon, one of the largest AI and cloud environments in the world.
